technical and most people will presume that you need to be a genius to

Firstly you will need to have both Word 2007 and Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer for this tutorial to work.
1. Open Microsoft Word and click on the Office icon in the left, top corner. A menu will open.
2. Click new to open a new document.
3. In the ribbon menu click on the insert tab.
4. Click on the Embed video icon.
5. Click on browse to find the video clip on your computer.
Embedding a video file into your Microsoft Word document might sound
like a difficult task and you are probably asking "Why would you want
